Monday Feb 22, 2021
What does encouragement look like to you? What do you think of first - getting encouragement, or receiving it? This is not a one way street and today we take a closer look at what your world can look like when you build others up around you.
Episode Topics:
WHAT DOES ENCOURAGEMENT LOOK LIKE TO YOU: Encouragement is a two way street. If you don’t give any, you probably won’t get much in return. Building others up actually changes the way your brain thinks (and will change the messages you hear throughout your day).
A COMPLIMENT IS FREE TO GIVE, BUT PRICELESS TO RECEIVE: Being more positive to others is just a matter of adjusting your view. Your encouragement creates ripples in the world that spread further than you will ever know.
STARTING AND/OR BUILDING THE CYCLE OF POSITIVITY IN YOUR DAYS: Let’s explore some ways you can be more encouraging and positive in your days so that you can begin to be a part of the better cycle.
YOU ARE THE SUM OF YOUR CLOSEST COMPANY: Ever hear this saying? It’s true! Your company, your conversations, your memories, your potential, all amounts to those you chose to keep closest to you. We will dive into the mechanics of building others up, identifying those positive people in your life, so you can keep them closer and benefit from the growth in your relationships.
