About the Guest: Colleen Saari
Colleen’s learning journey has enabled her to overcome many obstacles and create a healthy, success-filled life despite many devastating childhood diagnoses. The earliest stage of her current learning journey began in 2015 when her yoga practice led her to realize that joy is a choice. After years of struggle with mental health and subsequent self medication she became empowered to make sweeping changes to her life. These changes lead her down a path of deep spiritual study, self examination, and work in mindset reprogramming and applying the power of positive thought. Colleen continues to work toward the best version of herself. In doing so she is passionate about sharing her story and letting others with similar struggles know that there can be hope, even when circumstances seem impossible.
